About me
Folkert-Hans has been passionate about music from a young age. His talent blossomed with bands like Crescendo, Mealox, Lays, The Tailgators, and the Rintje Kas Orchestra.
Nowadays, he performs as a solo artist throughout the Netherlands. With trumpet, vocals, and saxophone, he makes every performance a unique experience, effortlessly creating the right atmosphere.
With recognizable hits like Cha Cha Cha and Simmerjûn, he captured the hearts of Friesland. His released singles are regularly played and are compiled on the album “De tiid hâldt gjin skoft / De tijd staat niet stil” (Time does not stand still). With his renditions of classics like Il Silenzio and You Raise Me Up, he shows that true emotion knows no language or boundaries, only the sound of his heart. (More info: see the Music page.)
